A minimum deposit of 30%
is required from the customer. No goods will be ordered
prior to receipt of deposit and signed contract.
Visa or Mastercard is Not accepted for final payment.
Actual freight charges shall be paid by customer to carrier
upon delivery. Priba is not responsible for any difference
between estimated and actual freight charges.
Priba is not responsible for manufacturer's delays and does
not guarantee delivery dates. A delivery date will be estimated
in accordance with manufacturer's acknowledgement, but shall
be subject to change without notice.
Customer may not cancel orders without prior consent from
Priba. No cancellations will be accepted by Priba after
the order is placed with the manufacturer unless Priba agrees
to the cancellation in writing. In this case there will
be a cancellation charge of 30% of the contract price and
the contract balance will be used as a store credit only.
Balance of contract, including any taxes, installation,
and designer consultation charges, will be billed and must
be paid in full before delivery of goods. Goods to be held
by Priba for consolidated shipment will be billed when those
goods are received by Priba, and Customer may not make payment
from the 30% deposit required for the remaining goods. If
Customer fails to pay any bill within 25 days of date of
bill, Priba reserves the right to cancel this contract and
retain Customer's deposit.
Priba is not responsible for reworking, adjusting(including
drawers and doors), touching up or leveling furniture and
components, for installing shelves, or for assembling goods
sold as unassembled.
All goods are shipped FOB Priba's warehouse and become Customer's
property upon delivery to the carrier. Responsibility for
transit damage is with the deliverying carrier. Delivery
instructions from each carrier must be strictly adhered
to. Customer agrees to inspect goods carefully for any damage
and note any damage or shortage on the freight bill before
the goods are accepted from the carrier. Customer is responsible
for filing damage and shortage claims with the carrier...
CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR INCREASED COST OF DELIVERY DUE
TO SIZE OR WEIGHT OF GOODS, OR LIMITATIONS OF ACCESS AT
DESTINATION.
Priba will store your furniture for up to 30 days. After
30 days there will be a 2% storage fee per month.
Customer agrees to inspect all goods for manufacturing problems
or failure to conform to the contract description immediately
upon receipt of goods. Customer must notify Priba of a claim
of nonconformity with contract description via telephone
within 24 hours after receipt of goods and, if requested
by Priba, submit a written claim, with photographs within
15 days thereafter. Priba's obligation if a manufacturing
problem exists or in a case of nonconformity with the contract
description is limited to repair or replacement, at Priba's
option.
