Your ordering process can be handled online, by phone or in our showroom. However, if you are planning to visit our showroom, in an effort to maximize your time, we welcome floor plans, furniture needs, paint chips and/or carpet samples, etc. This way we can have room settings and furniture suggestions ready when you arrive.
Once your order is complete and ready for shipment, we manage getting your furniture from Priba . . . to the port . . . to your home!
Priba uses professional furniture movers
to deliver to our out-of-state customers. The mover will
call you when a delivery date is set and will advise you
of freight charges, which are determined by your location
and the weight of your furniture. Each shipment is insured.
Freight charges are due at the time of delivery and can
be paid only by traveler's check, certified check or money
order. There is a 150 lb. minimum on each shipment.
Priba offers delivery in the Triad area.
The delivery person(s) will uncarton and set up your new
furniture in your home. They do not dispose of the cartons;
they do not hang mirrors, etc.
Delivery Schedules:
2 – 4 Weeks on the East Coast
4 – 8 Weeks on the West Coast
*These are estimates only. Weather is generally a factor
if the delivery takes longer.
*Priba cannot assume any responsibility for items that do
not fit in the home. Nor can Priba assume any responsibility
for damages incurred during in-home, common carrier or UPS
delivery. We do not anticipate any difficulties with your
delivery. However, Priba stresses that the customer should
inspect each item and note any damages or problems on the
bill of lading at the time of delivery. If nothing is noted,
the delivery will be considered as ‘All items were
received in good condition’ and the customer’s
signature on the bill of lading will release the carrier
and Priba from any further liability on the delivery.
